We will happily accept returns and exchanges, for free, within 30 days from the purchase date on all items, excluding Sale Items, Diapering items, Gifting items, and Furniture. All returns should be in original product packaging and unused condition for a full refund.
We accept free returns of new & unused items purchased through our website within 15 days of original purchase date.
Returns of unused items in original packaging will receive a full refund to your original payment method in 5-7 business days (excluding original shipping fees).

If your item was purchased at a retailer or any other online portal, please contact the original point of purchase for a refund or replacement.
