Return, Replacement, Exchange, and Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our comprehensive policy offers a seamless and hassle-free experience for returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds, so you can shop with confidence. 

We charge a return fee of ₹150 on all refunds & exchanges

Eligibility: To qualify for a return, replacement, exchange, or refund:

  • Contact us within 5 days after delivery.
  • The item must be in its original, unopened and unused condition with it's original packaging.
  • Some items are non-returnable or non-refundable—refer to the list above.
  • Certain products are eligible only for replacement if defective or damaged.

Process: If eligible, follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support at sales@abracadabrakids.com or call our helpline number +91- 8810659654
  • Provide your order number, reason for return/replacement/exchange, and images for verification.
  • Our team will assist you with the process and provide a return label, if needed, and make appropriate arrangements.
  • After our team submits a return request, the pickup will be scheduled within 7–10 business days.

Refund Process: If approved for a refund:

  • Once the product is received and inspected by us, we'll notify you and initiate the refund process, after subtracting the return fee of ₹150 
  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. 

For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, we only offer in-store credit and not a refund, the amount will be the final product amount less shipping and COD charges, which is applicable for 6 months.

While we make every effort to accommodate our customers' needs, please be aware that the final decision on accepting returns/exchange/replacement lies with Abracadabrakids.com 

Damaged or Defective Items: Report within 2 days of delivery. We may request evidence such as photos or unboxing videos to assess and provide an appropriate resolution. 

Shipping Costs: We typically cover shipping costs, forward and return. There may be exceptions based on product size and value, this is at per Abracadabra’s discretion.
