Shipping Policy
We use Amazon Shipping, Delhivery & Xpressbees as our logistics partners.
We charge 100 for shipping on orders below 1500, and all COD orders will have an additional 150 COD fee
International Shipping:
Currently we do not support International Shipping for any further clarification, please reach out to our customer care team.
Fulfilment Time
It takes a moment for us to carefully inspect and package your order. Please allow 1-3 business days following order placement for your package to ship after that you will receive a shipping confirmation by our logistics partner and our customer support team where you can track the package. Please note that the delivery may take 5 -12 days depending on your shipping address. We are not responsible for any delivery delays as we only use 3rd party reputed shipping companies, in any case we are happy to be a contact point and help you if you need any assistance with your package.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin to show on your package.
If you have received your package and it appears to have been tampered with or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours at sales@abracadabrakids.com. We will need a video of unboxing to be able raise a case with our logistics partner.
